Visual Arts is an important part of the Clifden Arts Festival Events Calendar. Connemara has a magnetic effect on artists of all genres but particularly visual artists. The Arts Trail, featured in many windows around the town featuring the work of over 30 artists connected to Connemara. The Studio Trail Bus Tour immersing you in the Connemara Art Experience. There are also over 20 solo and group exhibitions at various venues around the area.
