Take the coast route and follow signs for An Spidéal from Galway City. Continue along the coastal route and follow signs for the port in Ros an Mhíl. There are parking facilities in Ros an Mhíl. Aran Island Ferries run a shuttle bus service from Galway.
Inishbofin By Ferry
There is a regular ferry service operating from Cleggan to Inishbofin Island. Cleggan can be accessed from Galway City along the N59 lake route out as far as Clifden. Then follow the coastal route north of Clifden and follow signs for Cleggan. Citylink operate a bus service from Galway City out to Cleggan.
By Plane
Take the coast road and follow signs for An Spidéal from Galway City. Continue along the coast road and follow signs for Connemara Airport. Aer Arann Islands also operate a shuttle bus service from Galway City.
