Conamara agus oileáin

When it rains, look for rainbows

Anyone remember the seanfhocal from your school days?  Ní hé lá na báistí lá na bpáistí. (The rainy day is not the day for children.) Sometimes it rains in West but if the rain is coming down ‘splish splash in a Galway fashion’ all is not lost. Don’t let the rain dampen your spirits. There is still a lot of fun and adventure to be had whatever the weather and most of the options are do-able rain or shine! Here’s a few suggestions and we’d love to hear what your suggestions are of things to to do rain or shine in Connemara and the Islands!
