Shake off the Christmas Cobwebs

An bhfuil tú sách cróga ? Cuir ort do chulaith snámha le haghaidh snámh bliantúil Lá Nollag!

Are you brave enough to take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean on Christmas Day?

A Christmas Day swim is a great way to shake off the Christmas cobwebs. While not for the faint-hearted  many of these swims are done for charity so you also get to enjoy the feelgood factor that comes with raising money for a worthwhile cause.  If the idea of just wearing a swimsuit and Santa hat is too hardcore there’s is always the option of donning a wetsuit.

If you prefer dry land there are some runs or cycles taking place on Lá an Dreoilín.
