Easter Events  at Kylemore Abbey Walled Garden

Celebrate Easter at Kylemore Abbey with a family-friendly adventure and events across the historic Kylemore Estate in Connemara. The Easter Trail in the Victorian Walled Garden invites visitors of all ages to search for beautifully illustrated Irish birds, each labelled in English and Irish, offering a fun way to explore Irish nature and heritage.

Trail sheets can be picked up at the Visitor Centre or Garden Tea House.
Once completed, little explorers can enjoy a complimentary mini hot chocolate at the Garden Tea House or the Kylemore Kitchen.
Running from Saturday 28th March to Sunday 12th April, the Easter Trail offers an enjoyable way to learn, wander, and spend time together in one of Ireland’s most scenic heritage locations.
Across the Kylemore Estate, you can explore the Easter-decorated Head Gardeners House and pick-up Kylemore’s traditional Easter recipes, including Simnel Cake and Hot Cross Buns.
In the Abbey, visitors can create and take home their own Victorian-inspired Easter greeting card.
You can also enjoy live Easter music at 1pm in Fordham Hall, located in the Abbey.
