A Céad Míle Fáilte awaits you in Leenane for this special Connemara Mountain Walking Festival.  This community led festival gives you the chance to immerse yourself in the wild Connemara landscape on the shores of the Killary Fjord

The walks are designed to suit all levels of ability. Check out the walks for the 2024 festival here. The professional guides are highly trained mountain leaders and are passionate  about our area. During the walk you will come across the name of the mountains which are in Irish. We will offer you a crash course to to help you get your tongue around the names.  The festival has become very popular in recent years so don’t delay book your weekend ticket.
