Come Float with us here at Rise Floatation Centre on the Wild Atlantic Way.  Our unique, personalised float house in An Spidéal, in the heart of Connemara, is a truly magical experience. At Rise, our state of the art Ocean Float Room, is generously proportioned for a feeling of space and beautifully designed for comfort and luxury.

Here at Rise everything is designed to maximise how fantastic you feel after your float session.   Bask in your after-float glow in our peaceful Float Lounge and Zen garden all of which ensures you have a leisurely, stress-free, experience in a rural scenic setting. Our goal is to provide the very best floatation experience in a clean, tranquil environment.

Our Ocean Float Room contains half a tonne of Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly. The water matches the temperature of your skin and the air, giving you the feeling of complete weightlessness. It has a powerful and profound effect on the body’s ability to reset natural sleep cycles.  One hour in a float room is the equivalent of 4-6 hours rest.
