Christmas Seasonal Dining Night

A Christmas Seasonal Dining Night on December 6th at the Café at Brigit’s Garden, featuring the best local ingredients cooked and presented with flair by our chefs Aitor Escudero and Sarah McArdle.

Each evening will have a different set menu, themed to highlight the best produce of the season and introduced on the night by chef Aitor.

What to expect:

  • A cosy, informal ambience with candlelight and seasonally decorated tables
  • A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
  • A delicious three-course dinner, followed by tea and coffee with petit fours

Arrival is at 7pm for drinks and mingling (if you wish), with dinner to start at 7.30pm.

The menu will include vegetarian/vegan options and we are happy to cater for dietary requirements.

The all-inclusive cost is €60 per person per night. A selection of wines and soft drinks will be available for purchase also.

Aitor Escudero’s cooking is rooted in his native Basque Country and guided by curiosity. He is passionate about traditional gastronomy and bringing the best of each season to qthe table. Aitor has worked in many restaurants, including Tartare and Ard Bia in Galway.

Since qualifying as a chef from GMIT, Sarah McArdle has worked in many establishments around Ireland, including Ard Bia in Galway City. Her main passion is pastry and she loves creating seasonal cakes and desserts.
