What is Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing isĀ a multi-sensory, nature mindfulness experience. based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku
Forest Bathing has been scientifically proven to have positive effects on the nervous system, boost the immune system and reduce stress.
Walk through the meadows and woodlands at Brigitās Garden for two and a half hours. Enjoy the atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reflect on your journey.
Enjoy a Tea Ceremony which is based on the Japanese tradition that promotes harmony and tranquillity. Foraged leaves, herbs and berries are infused to create a hot, fresh-brewed seasonal drink which we will share together.
