Family fun this Halloween mid-term break on the Kylemore Estate

Join us this mid-term break for Samhain celebrations here at Kylemore Abbey. From the 26th of October to the 3rd of November Kylemore Abbey will be hosting a family-friendly event. It will take children on a trail of discovery through Kylemore’s woodland paths and Victorian Walled Gardens. Explore the nocturnal woodland creatures that roam the countryside and the incredible constellations that light their way.
Visitors can pick up their map at the Visitor Centre and families are invited to follow the trail and in finding all of the woodland creatures and night sky objects a word will be revealed.
Family Fun at Halloween Break at Kylemore
Along the way there are colouring stations to get arty, a chance to meet Kylemore’s Ponies and Pigs, and especially for those visiting at the weekends; there will be storytelling and hot chocolate in the Garden Teahouse. Stopping by the Head Gardener’s house will reveal some ancient Celtic Samhain traditions, and the Vinery hosts the annual Tree of Remembrance to allow the visitors to leave messages of remembrance to those gone before.
Parental Supervision is necessary.
